This is an index to my daily Blatherings, to make it easier for my friends on Livejournal to know when I update my regular journal.
I'm a freelance writer and illustrator. I have a literary agent at Curtis-Brown in New York, and have published a book (The Writer's Online Marketplace, Writer's Digest, Jan/2001) as well as nonfiction pieces for print and online magazines, short stories (most recent in DAW's Magic Tails, co-written with Michelle Sagara West), poetry. I was founder and editor of Inkspot, a site for writers which won a bunch of awards and had a newsletter circulation of nearly 50,000. I sold the Web site just at the Internet mania bubble burst. Hobbies include: songwriting (my songs have aired on CBC radio), online comic artist (see Will Write For Chocolate, My Life In A Nutshell, Waiting For Frodo), member of the filk/folk trio, Urban Tapestry, editor of Debbie's Filk FAQ (filk resource).
